Klik-Klak

Do you know what a klik-klak is? A few weeks ago we did not but now we are the owners of one. A klik-klak is a type of couch similar to a futon. It is one piece and can "klik" down to a bed or be a couch. We knew we needed something in the basement and when we looked at couches the sales guy suggested a klik-klak. Once we saw it we knew it was perfect. It was smaller than a couch and we could get in the basement without issues. It has the capability to sleep any of our guests when they come (probably not our parents but younger people).

The most exciting part of getting this new piece of furniture is The Box. Anyone with kids knows that a large box has huge potential of being the focus of children for at least a week or when the box breaks (whatever comes first). My creative husband was determined to take this box and make something for Collin and Shawn. He decided to make houses for each of the boys with it.

They do not have four sides to them but go against the wall and are attached with tape. Unfortunately it is not Duck Tape so it won't last as long as the boys will want them to. They have doors on each and windows. I gave the boys stickers to put on their house and we will probably do a little more decorating today.
