We recently got back from a trip to Minnesota. It was our first trip back to Minnesota since we moved. The main reason was a wedding for one of my good friends...Congrats Don and Julie.While we were in Minnesota, we went to the zoo with some cousins (they are actually Micah's first cousins)
They had a summer exhibit that had giraffes, zebras, and other animals. The kids loved the giraffes eating leaves from the trees.
A great thing about this zoo is the splash pad area. We actually stopped at it twice, some kids willing to get more wet than others. Davanika was by far the most willing to get wet. Shawn was the one most not willing!
Another exciting exhibit, were the bears. They were all lying around and relaxing today but sometimes they are swimming and catching fish. Look behind Shawn to find the bears.
